1. Product Delivery

At RML, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

2. Delivery Fees

Free delivery is available for all orders above SAR 500.

A delivery fee of SAR 50 applies to orders below SAR 500.

3. Delivery Time

Local delivery: 1-3 business days.

International delivery: 7-14 business days.

4. Shipping Conditions

Products will be shipped after being verified for integrity and quality to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer.

5. Payment Confirmation

Customers will receive payment confirmation via email and SMS upon completion of the order. The confirmation message will arrive within 15 minutes of completing the payment process.

6. Important Notice

RML will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
